Order a piece from our online exclusives

or directly from our Bloomsbury studio

Ordering

  • Now you have placed your order, your item/s will be hand cut and crafted.

  • Orders placed will be ready for dispatch 3 weeks after date of purchase.

  • A confirmation email will then be sent to inform you when the item is ready for dispatch.

Dispatch

  • Your order will then be beautifully packaged and dispatched / collected (as previously agreed)

Made by Request

Have a unique piece commissioned

furnish us with the details of your desired order, and in response, we will send a considered selection of bespoke design recommendations

for your consideration.

Consultation / Design

  • Place your bespoke order Either directly by making a booking for a studio design or online consultation

  • You will then be guided through selecting a design (unique to you) and cloth choices, to suit your occasion, wardrobe / gift.

  • You will be sent your fabric choices and design (by posy or hand) sketches for your consideration.

Invoice

  • An invoice will be sent to you on completion of / approval of, your final design.

  • The order is not completed till final confirmation of the design and settlement of the invoice.

Fitting:

  • Your item is an ‘interpretation’ of your order choices, as such, minor variations in scale and finish in relation to the design chosen are to be expected.

Design Alterations

  • if the final order is not fitting correctly the service allows minor alterations to the piece (this does not include re-designing the item, only altering the design ordered)

  • Any change in cloth or colour choices, after the work is completed, are chargeable (this about will vary depending on the complexity of the alteration)

  • No additional costs are placed without your prior agreement.

Dispatch

  • Your order will then be beautifully packaged and dispatched / collected (as previously agreed)

Vouchers

You have received a Gift Voucher. This entitles you to order a fully bespoke piece from Ian Scott Kettle

Up-to the value of the voucher.

  • Book your personal design consultation (at the studio / or Online)

  • Select your design and choice of cloth to suit the occasion, wardrobe or gift

  • Your bespoke order is then cut and hand crafted (This process may take a few weeks as the work is done by hand)

  • All orders are hand made exclusively by Ian Scott Kettle from the London studio

  • A confirmation email will then be sent to inform you when the item is ready.

  • It will then be beautifully packaged and ready for dispatch or collected (as agreed)

  • An voice for any postage required will be sent out on completion of goods

  • On receipt of payment the goods will be dispatched…

Estimation: From first email to final collection is between 3 6 weeks. If you have an event / urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate your needs…

  • Vouchers and valid for one year from date of purchase.

  • The Voucher covers the recipients consultation - design - material choices and construction.

  • There are no hidden charges except Postage & packing of the final order.

Payment

  • Goods are paid in full at time of purchase.

  • Once funds have cleared in our accounts we will commence work on your order

  • Bespoke Orders are invoiced AFTER the initial consultation and design selection and prior to the final construction of your order.

Refunds

  • Once the order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel an order.

  • Once the order os under way (after 24 hours) an order cannot be cancelled.

  • Simply Email us on: info@ianscottkettle.com with your order confirmation details.

  • Once confirmed a transfer will be made.

Repairs

  • If your piece should become damaged, return it to the studio and we will endeavour to repair / revive whenever possible free of charge.

  • The only charge will be for the return postage.

  • However if the damage is too bad, we will send you a quote for the repair, in advance of any works done.

P&P: Postage & Packaging:

  • Your charge will been added to the final invoice at point of purchase.

  • Packages are sent out from the studio: Royal Mail 1st class with Tracking.

  • A confirmation invoice will be dispatched to the client on day of dispatch (including estimated delivery date and tracking Number)

Disclaimer

  • There is a statute of limitations on repairs, refund: 30 days from date of purchase.

  • Once worn your product will void from any return / refund option.

  • No refund/replace accepted without proof of purchase and the return of the original goods / order.

  • All goods are made at point of oder, we hold no stock so a replacement is not possible.

  • Product may contain small sharp fastenings (choking hazard) keep out of reach of small children
